Before you send
Questions people ask us.
What should I send with my brief?
Your logo or brand files if you have them, the quantity, the date you need it and any examples you like. Email files to us after sending the form.
How soon will I hear back?
Within one working day, usually sooner. For simple print jobs we often reply with a price the same day.
Can I see samples first?
Yes. Visit the studio to see paper, fabric and engraving samples, or ask us to send a physical proof.
Do you work with clients outside Rwanda?
We do. Design work can happen entirely online, and we can ship finished goods across the region.
